Crew Profile

CAPTAIN Alexander Howell (British - 24 years)
The Captain on CROCODILE DADDY is Alexander Howell (also known as Zander) who has been sailing all his life professionally and leisurely. Not only is he a sailing instructor but also instructs in diving and water sports. Alexander specialises in charters as he has worked for previous charter companies before joining CROCODILE DADDY. Alexander speaks two different languages which is English and Spanish. Although he comes originally from London, England he mainly grew up in Spain especially around the Balearics and he has spent several seasons in the Caribbean as diving instructor so is aware of the good spots around the Caribbean islands. During his free time you will always find him out on the water doing a variety of water sports. Alexander also is always one to never shy away from any challenge that may present themselves.

COOK/STEWARDESS Cara Trübenbach (German - 21 years)
The main Stewardess and cook on board is Cara Trübenbach who has been working in the yachting industry for the last few years. Before she started working on CROCODILE DADDY she did a lot of freelance and seasonal jobs and her last boat was also a lagoon 62. Cara also has several certificates to qualify as a stewardess. Cara is able to speak English, German, and Afrikaans fluently and is in the process of learning Spanish. Coming from Namibia she travelled a lot around her country with her father mainly visiting most of the hotels and lodges, growing up in this sort of environment has helped her understand all about hospitality. In her free time she enjoys reading, painting, and doing any outdoor activity plus at any given opportunity she will try to travel and explore as much of the world as possible. She has great cooking skills and after doing food and wine courses she is now confident of being the cook on board CROCODILE DADDY.
She will prepare your preferred dishes on board with the help of the third crew member.
