Interests
PERSONAL INTERESTS
I am a keen diver and have dived throughout the Caribbean and the United States. As a
true water baby, I enjoy swimming and like nothing more than a day at the beach or out
boating. I always seek to further my knowledge of food and continually try new dishes
and recipes whether through experiencing local culture or reading up on different styles
of cooking. My enjoyment of food and culture has helped me expand my culinary knowledge
and given me a good foundation in many styles of cooking.
As evident throughout my career, one of my other passions is a love of music; I have a
varied taste and appreciation for many genres.
