Milk and Honey Thanks to a very recent and complete upgrade, the sought-after charter yacht Milk and Honey is better than ever. Solidly built by the premier yard of Palmer Johnson and beautifully maintained, she accommodates ten guests in five staterooms. Exceptionally large for her length, this sleek 125-foot, tri-deck yacht offers the volume and space of a 150-footer. Among the abundance of indoor and outdoor spaces is the sun deck, with a spa pool, bar, and wicker settees. Also on this deck are oversized lounge chairs that adjust to face the sun or shade and can convert to sun pads. One level down, on the boat deck, there's a large table for dining under the stars. Meals are also served on the main deck, either in the formal dining salon or in the soft breeze on the aft deck. Throughout the interior, serene colors and supple fabrics complement such rich woods as cherry, mahogany, burled olive, and inlaid black walnut. The main salon, with a long, curving settee and chairs, has a full bar as well as a large high-definition 3DTV and a state-of-the-art sound system. The full-beam master suite on the main deck encompasses a private office, large stateroom with centerline king-size bed, and his-and-her vanities and WC's connecting to a central steam shower and tub room. Three queen staterooms and one twin stateroom, all ensuite, are located on the lower deck. As would be expected on a yacht of this caliber, no detail has been overlooked, including zero-speed stabilizers to ensure guests are always comfortable as well as expertly looked after by a polished crew of 7. CAPTAIN KENNY TASSIN
American
Captain Kenny grew up boating, fishing and sailing in southern Louisiana and the Gulf of Mexico. His love for the water found him in The Bay Islands of Honduras as a boat Captain and Dive Guide for several years. Captain Kenny's 28 year career in the yachting industry has been focused mainly on charters. His areas of cruising expertise includes the Western Caribbean, Bahamas, Florida, New England, Western Med, and Alaska. Kenny has run prestigious vessels such as GATSTER, AERIE and GALE WINDS prior to joining MILK & HONEY. Whether hauling a monster fish over the side, pointing out unique tropical fish to divers or cruising to the most beautiful remote anchorages, Captain Kenny always delivers the safest, most comfortable and pleasurable trips for the most demanding guests.

CHIEF STEWARDESS CHANDRA TASSIN
American
Chandra was raised on the waters of eastern Long Island, spending summers living aboard her parents' boat in Sag Harbor. At 20 Chandra became the Assistant Harbor Master and Dock Master for the Village of Sag Harbor and gained lots of experience running boats and tying up large yachts which laid the ground work for her 500 ton
Masters License. While working there she met Captain Kenny and they decided to share their passion for life and the sea together. Besides keeping the interior of the boat in impeccable order, Chandra ensures guests will stay well pampered with the highest level of service and a beautiful easy going smile.


CHEF DE CUISINE KEVIN RICHARDSON
American
Chef Kevin Richardson is a culinary professional with 20 + years' experience. Chef Kevin's past experience includes: Chef on S/Y Nirvana, a private yacht based on the East Coast, Chef d Cuisine at The Mountain Club on Loon in Lincoln NH where he achieved Top Chef of the North Country, 8-year tenure as Main Dining Room Chef at The Omni Mount Washington Resort, where he was instrumental in obtaining the resort's prestigious AAA Four Diamond Dining Award. In addition, he has served as pastry chef at several boutique French Bakeries in the Boston Area. He is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America (CIA), pursuing his studies at both the Hyde Park, New York; and Greystone, California campuses, earning a Bachelor of Sciences in Professional Studies. Chef Kevin brings a new level of culinary delight to MILK & HONEY.

ENGINEER BLAINE WISE
American
Blaine grew up sailing on Long Island sound which has led to a box of sailing awards, 18 SORC's, an SORC win with Dennis Connor. He has built several boats and has been build engineer on several others, now works mostly on motor yachts. Blaine knows how to get the job done, and keep the boat purring along.

FIRST MATE DAVID CARTER
American
David Carter is from Cookeville Tennessee. From 2004 to 2009 David worked in yachting motoring from the Bahamas to the ABC's of the Dutch Antilles and from Ft. Lauderdale to Prince Edward Island and Cape Bretton. During the last six years David has worked as a captain running up to 220 ft. offshore supply vessels in the Gulf of Mexico's petroleum industry. Needing a change of pace and some adventure he now finds himself back in yachting serving as mate on MILK & HONEY and is looking forward to the travels ahead this season. David has a great attention to detail and enjoys helping everyone enjoy their time in the islands. In his off time he now calls Bogotá Colombia home and spends a good deal of time learning Español.

STEWARDESS SAMANTHA STEWART
American
Samantha grew up in West Palm Beach where she developed her love for the ocean. It was after her prior career as a veterinary technician that she made the decision to pursue a more adventurous lifestyle in which she could acquire new skills, travel and be on the water. Her previous yachting experience has helped hone her fine dining and hospitality knowledge. Samantha enjoys exploring new towns and places as well as trying new things such as skydiving, zip lining and scuba diving. Sam's laid back and positive attitude creates a relaxing, comfortable environment for everyone to share. MILK & HONEY is happy to have her onboard.

DECKHAND TOM WESTPHALL
American
Tom started sailing on a small lake as a child and further honed his skills on the Chesapeake Bay when he was living in Virginia Beach. While taking an advanced sailing course in the British Virgin Islands he spoke to the crew of a yacht and got inspired to delve deeper into yachting. Tom, a dedicated waterman, is an avid scuba diver, hiker, paddle boarder, and sailor who enjoys sharing these experiences with guests. Working as a deckhand Tom's attention to detail makes sure that the exterior of the yacht is maintained to the highest standards while also ensuring that the guests are having the best and safest time possible.
